TEXAS Garq� / AVENUE, PEARLAND, TEXAS, AT 8:30 P. M. LZ{G /q 7a. The Hearing was called to order by Mayor McComb with the following present: Mayor Carlton McComb Councilman Cecil W. Griffin Councilman E. A. Wasek Councilman Gene E. Sanders Councilman James 0. DeShazer Councilman Benny J. Frank City Manager William E. Wolff City Secretary Dorothy L. Cook City Attorney Bobby J. Williams Mayor McComb stated that the purpose of the Hearing was to give all interested persons the opportunity to be heard for or against any item or amount of any item contained in the proposed Budget as set out in Section 8.07 of the. Home Rule Charter. City Manager Wolff used a movie projector and each page of the Budget was flashed on a screen. All questions were answered as each page was flashed on the screen. At the conclusion of the presentation, Mayor McComb asked the audience if they had any additional questions or comments. After all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard the Budget Hearing was closed. No changes made in the proposed Budget, and no changes suggested. ADJOURN: It was moved by Councilman Griffin, seconded by Councilman DeShazer that the meeting adjourn. Motion passed 5 to 0. Adjourned at 9:20 P. M.
