ADVISORY BOARD MEETING - MINUTES

I. CALL TO ORDER /Visit Pearland ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER ROLL CALL
Meeting commenced at 10:05 am.
11. In Attendance: Don Bertram, Yahaira Castillo, Shane Timmons, Michelle Huber, Bea Aguilera, Manny Patel,
Mary Roduta, Tracy Rohrbacher(Executive Director) Teri Mazhar(Sales Manager) Carolyn Figueroa (Arts
Administrator) Breanna Butler (Sr. Office Assistant) Matt Buchanan (PEDC), Parks and Recreation Team
members: Christopher Bickham, Kevin Carter, Austin Flores, Nino Sanchez.

IV. REGULAR AGENDA
1. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES REGARDING MARCH 17,
2026, BOARD MEETING
Yahaira motioned; Don seconded the motion. All approved.
2. PRESENTATION BY PEARLAND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORP; MATT BUCHANAN,
PRESIDENT
3. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING CULTURAL ARTS MASTER PLAN
Tracy presented updates on the PearScape Program and recommendations from the Cultural
Arts Master Plan Advisory Committee March 3 Meeting, Introduced Carolyn Figueroa to present
the Traffic Signal Cabinet Program.
Don motioned to approve moving forward with Traffic Signal Cabinet program as presented;
Yahaira seconded the motion. All approved.
4. VISIT PEARLAND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REPORT
Tracy Rohrbacher provided an update.
5. TOUR OF TURFED SOFTBALL FIELDS AT SPORTS COMPLEX AT SHADOW CREEK RANCH
