CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
JULY 13, 2026
The City Council of Pearland, Texas, convened in a meeting on Monday, July 13, 2026, at the
Pearland City Hall Council Chambers, 3519 Liberty Drive, Pearland, Texas. The following
represents the actions taken by City Council in the order they occurred during the meeting. All
motions are made by Council in consecutive order, as determined by the Mayor.
I. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wiltz called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.

III. CITIZEN COMMENTS
There were no citizen comments.
IV. NEW BUSINESS
A. Presentation regarding the Fiscal Year 2027 Proposed Budget for non -
property tax supported funds including special revenue funds, internal
service funds, and the PEDC.
Presentation was provided by Trent Epperson, City Manager; Rachel Wynslow,
Head of the Office of Management; and Matt Buchanan, President of the
Pearland Economic Development Corporation.
V. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Wiltz adjourned the meeting at 4:20 p.m.
