A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, authorizing
the City Manager or his designee to participate in an interlocal cooperative
purchasing program for the purchase of personal computers and
associated hardware from Dell Technologies in the estimated amount of
$463,138.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That contract pricing has been obtained through interlocal cooperative partner
DIR for the purchase of personal computers and associated hardware.
Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to participate in an
interlocal cooperative pricing program for the purchase of personal computers and associated
hardware from Dell Technologies in the estimated amount of $463,138.00.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this on the 27th day of July, A.D., 2026.
