Before me, the undersigned authority, on this the 21st day of July, 2026, personally appeared
Mr. Henry Fuertes, who, after being by me duly sworn, deposed as follows:
"My name is Henry Fuertes. I am over the age of 18 and am competent to make this
affidavit. I have an employmet relationship with Gromax Development, LLC, who is currently a
consultant of the Applicant on property associated with the Arcadian Estates development. I am
disclosing this relationship to avoid any conflicts pursuant applicable City ordinances. As a result,
this Affidavit shall be filed with the City Secretary and I will abstain from participation in any matter
before the City of Pearland Planning and Zoning Commission as it may relate to proposed
development.
