V. CITIZEN COMMENTS
In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the City Council requests
that speakers respect the three-minute time limit for individual comments and the five-
minute time limit for an individual speaking on behalf of a group. This is not a
question-answer session, however, it is an opportunity to voice your thoughts with City
Council.
VI. CONSENT AGENDA
All items listed under the "Consent Agenda" are considered to be routine and require
little or no deliberation by the City Council. These items will be enacted/approved by
one motion unless a councilmember requests separate action on an item, in which

action (VI. Matters Removed from Consent Agenda). Approval of the Consent Agenda

B. Consideration and Possible Action - Resolution No. R2026-125- A
Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, appointing
members to various City Boards and Commissions.

Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, authorizing the
Lower Kirby Pearland Management District ("District") to issue and sell bonds
(no City of Pearland bond obligations), totaling $17,370,000.00, for certain
water, sewer, drainage and road improvement projects in the District.

D. Consideration and Possible Action - Resolution No. R2026-133 - A
Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, authorizing the
submittal of a funding assistance application to the Texas Water Development
Board Water Supply and Infrastructure Grant, for the costs associated with
improvements to the City's water infrastructure and operational management
systems, in an amount not to exceed $21,000,000.00.

E. Consideration and Possible Action - Resolution No. R2026-120 - A
Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, authorizing the
City Manager or his designee to participate in a multi-year interlocal
cooperative pricing arrangement with Brazoria County, Texas for the purchase
of road materials from American Materials, Inc. in the annual estimated amount
of$500,000.00.

F. Consideration and Possible Action - Resolution No. R2026-121 - A

City Manager or his designee to participate in an interlocal cooperative
purchasing program for the purchase of personal computers and associated

of Pearland, Texas, for the purpose of changing the classification of certain
property; being 119.069 acres of land located in the James Hamilton Survey,
Abstract 881, Harris County, Texas, more particularly being all of Lot "A" and a
portion of Restricted Reserve "B" of The Final Plat of The Promenade Shops at
the Spectrum, a subdivision of 122.623 acres of land on record in Film Code
