A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, awarding a
construction services contract associated with the Riverstone Ranch
(WW2402), Southdown (WW2404), and Whispering Winds ((WW2406) Lift
Station Projects, to Nerie Construction LLC, in the amount of $4,705,384.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That competitive bids were obtained for construction services.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby awards a contract to Nerie Construction LLC, in
the amount of $4,705,384.00.
Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a
construction services contract associated with the Riverstone Ranch, Southdown, and Whispering
Winds Lift Station Projects.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 13th day of July, A.D., 2026.
