2. Consideration and Possible Action - VAP2026-0290: Plat Variance from
the Maximum Lot Depth-to-Width Ratio
A request by Advance Surveying Inc., applicant, on behalf of Impax Flex
Pearland LLC, owner, for approval of a plat variance permitted in Section
3.1.1.6 (f) of the Unified Development Code, Ordinance No. 2000-T, from the
lot design standards of Section 3.2.14.2 (c) to allow the creation of a lot that
exceeds the maximum 3 to 1 depth-to-width ratio on 9.7200 acres of land, to
wit:

Permit for an Auto Rental Facility within the General Business (GB)
District
A request by Justin Brumley of EAN Holdings LLC (DBA Enterprise Rent-A-
Car), applicant, on behalf of Hummingbird Trading LLC, owner, for approval
of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for Auto Rental use within the General
Business District, on approximately 1.915 acres of land, to wit:
