A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, authorizing
the City Manager or his designee to participate in an interlocal cooperative
pricing arrangement for the purchase of a one-year contract with two one-
year extensions from Sequel Data Systems for the Cisco Enterprise
Security Platform, in the estimated annual amount of $667,255.23.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That contract pricing has been obtained through interlocal cooperative partner
DIR for the purchase of a Cisco Enterprise Security Platform from Sequel Data Systems.
Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to participate in an
interlocal cooperative pricing arrangement with the DIR for the purchase of a Cisco Enterprise
Security Platform from Sequel Data Systems, in the estimated amount of $667,255.23.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 22nd day of June, A.D., 2026.
