A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, authorizing an
expenditure of the Pearland Economic Development Corporation, in the
amount of $360,000.00, with LandCare USA, LLC for the renewal of a
landscape maintenance service contract (Commercial Corridors and
Entryways), for the period beginning October 1, 2026 through September 30,
2027.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That certain expenditure of the Pearland Economic Development
Corporation, in the amount of $360 ,000.00, with LandCare USA, LLC for the renewal of landscape
maintenance service contract, is hereby authorized and approved.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 22nd day of June, A.D., 2026.
