II. A request by Kevin Stuckey, Barkley Developers, applicant, on behalf of
Charles Viktorin, owner for a Planned Development Workshop as required by
the Unified Development Code, regarding a proposed development consisting
of 190 townhome units on approximately 20.006 acres of land, to wit:
Legal Description: Tract 1: A 5.000-acre tract of land in the H.T. & B.R.R. Co.
Survey, Section 21, Abstract No. 309 in Brazoria County, Texas. Tract 2: A
5.006-acre tract of land in the H.T. & B.R.R. Co. Survey, Section 21, Abstract
No. 309 in Brazoria County, Texas. Tract 3: A 10.000-acre tract of land in the
H.T. & B.R.R. Co. Survey, Section 21, Abstract No. 309 in Brazoria County,
