1. A request by Travis Donnell, Rockport Ventures, LLC applicant, on behalf of
Terry Opplinger, Jachel Partnership, Ltd., owner, for a Planned Development
as required by the Unified Development Code, regarding a proposed
development consisting of 296 multi-family units on approximately 15.0375
acres of land, to wit:
Legal Description: A 15.0375-acre tract of land situated in the H.T. & B.R.R.
Company Survey, Abstract No. 547, Brazoria County, Texas.
General Location: North of Magnolia Parkway, West of Manvel Road,
Pearland, Texas.
