A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, amending
Resolution No. R2025-182 for temporary blower rentals and authorizing an
additional amount of $252,000.00 for temporary blower rentals associated with
the uninterrupted operation of the City’s wastewater treatment process.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Council previously adopted Resolution No. R2025-182, which
ratified emergency expenditures, in the amount of $150,000.00 for temporary blower rentals to
Kaeser Compressors.
Section 2. That the City Council amends Resolution No. R2025-182 to reflect the entity
responsible for billing the rental equipment from Kaeser Compressors to Environmental Treatment
Technologies (ETT).
Section 3. That the City Council authorizes an additional amount of $252,000.00 to
continue renting the temporary blowers from ETT until the new permanent blowers are procured,
delivered and installed.
