A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, awarding a
unit price contract for asphalt repair services to Forde Construction Company,
Inc., in an amount not to exceed the available annual budgeted amount.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City has obtained a competitive bid for paving services through an
interlocal agreement with the City of La Porte.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby awards a contract to Forde Construction
Company, Inc.
Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a contract
for the purchase of asphalt repair services in an amount not to exceed the available annual budget
amount.
