1. Consideration and Possible Action - VAZ2025-0620: Variance to the 20’
rear building setback requirement
Public Hearing: A request by Charlie Ferguson III and Shirlynda Ferguson,
owners, for approval of a variance as permitted by the Unified Development
Code, Ordinance No. 2000-T, to allow a Variance to the 20’ rear building
setback requirement for the Single-Family Residential-3 (R-3) District (Section
2.4.2.7 (c)(2)(c)(1)), for an addition to encroach into the rear building setback.
to wit:
Legal Description: Lot 28, Block 2, Sunrise Lakes Section 3, a subdivision in
Brazoria County, Texas, according to the map or plat recorded in Volume 21,
Page 289-290 of the Map Records of Brazoria County, Texas.
General Location: 2526 Sunday House Court, Pearland, TX
