Mrs. W. C. Ragley - Spoke on behalf of Mr. Rawls request for change,
PERSONS WISHING TO SPEAK AGAINST THE REQUESTED CHANGE IN LAND USE BY JERRY'W~'R~WLS:
1. Mrs. Ralph E. Brogdon - Spoke against granting a change in zoning for Mr. Rawls
property. She stated that if this change was granted it would set a precedent for
future request to make the area commercial.
QUESTIONS FROM THE CITY COUNCIL:
Mayor McComb absent at 8:10 P. M. - Mayor Pro Tem Griffin presiding.
Questions were asked by the City Council of Mr. Rawls regarding his continuance to build
his building after the Building Inspector came on his premises and advise~that the
building permit had been issued in error.
