A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, authorizing
a second extension of Preliminary Plat 23-10 (Massey Oaks, Section 7) in
accordance with Section 1.2.5.4 of the Unified Development Code.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby authorizes a second extension of Preliminary
Plat 23-10 (Massey Oaks, Section 7).
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 12th day of January, A.D., 2026.
