1. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES REGARDING JULY 9, 2025,
BOARD MEETING
Don motioned; Mary seconded the motion. All approved.
2. PRESENTATION BY BLUE ROOM RESEARCH
Tracy Rohrbacher introduced Steve Halsaz of Blue Room Research.
3. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING CULTURAL ARTS MASTER PLAN
Tracy Rohrbacher introduced David Plettner Saunders & Linda Flynn with Cultural Planning
Group to present PearScape 2.0 guidelines.
Don motioned to move forward with PearScape 2.0 guidelines and program recommendations;
Yahaira seconded the motion. All approved.
4. VISIT PEARLAND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REPORT
Tracy Rohrbacher provided an update.
