A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, authorizing
a second extension of Preliminary Plat 22-113 (Magnolia Creek, Section 2)
in accordance with Section 1.2.5.4 of the Unified Development Code.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby authorizes a second extension of Preliminary
Plat 22-113 (Magnolia Creek Section 2).
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 8th day of December, A.D., 2025.
