A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas,
amending a service and supply contract for water and wastewater
treatment to Vector Controls & Automation Group, in the additional
amount of $500,000.00 (total contract amount of $1,650.000.00).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby amends a service and supply contract to Vector
Controls & Automation Group, in the amount of $500,000.00.
Section 2. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute an
amended contract for water and wastewater treatment maintenance.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 8th day of December, A.D., 2025.
