And 14739 Almeda School Zoning Board of Adjustment - Dec 04 2025 Road LLC., owner, for approval of a special exception, as permitted by the Unified Development Code, ordinance No. 2000-T, to plat a property with existing nonconformities (Section 2.7.3.7(a)), to wit: Legal Description: A 37.99-acre tract of land in the R.T.
