Ordinance No. 1654 - An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of
Pearland, Texas, amending the Project Plan and Reinvestment Zone
Financing Plan for Reinvestment Zone Number Two (Amendment No. 6), City
of Pearland, Texas to facilitate the construction of City facilities and
infrastructure improvements (“Improvements”); authorizing the City Secretary
to distribute such plans; containing findings and provisions related to the
foregoing subjects; and providing for severability.
