R2025-192 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, amending a Construction Manager at Risk contract (Barry Rose Water Reclamation Facility and Longwood Water Reclamation Facility Decommission Project Project) with McCarthy Building Companies, establishing a Guaranteed Maximum Price 3 (GMP 3) in the amount of $23,236,960.00. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS: Section 1. That the City Council hereby amends a Construction Manager at Risk contract with McCarthy Building Companies; establishing a GMP 3 in the amount of $23,236,960.00. Section 2. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute an amended Construction Manager at Risk contract for the Barry Rose Water Reclamation Facility Project.
