A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, authorizing
the City Manager or his designee to participate in an interlocal cooperative
purchasing program, for the purchase of computer equipment, from Dell
Computer Equipment, in the estimated amount of $300,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to participate in an
interlocal cooperative pricing program for the purchase of computer equipment, from Dell Computer
Equipment, in the estimated amount of $300,000.00.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 27th day of October, A.D., 2025.
