BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS: Section 1. That contract pricing has been obtained for the purchase of personal fire protection equipment, from Metro Fire Apparatus Specialists Inc., in the amount of $910,932.00. Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to participate in an interlocal cooperative pricing arrangement for the purchase of personal fire protection equipment.
