The Hearing was called to order with the following present:

OTHERS PRESENT: Royse H. Bomar, Mildred Bomar, Lewis Schwartz, Charles R. Mack,
Harold Sanders, Johnny L. Griffin, Dennis Frauenberger, Beverly Frauenberger,
Pat Johnson, and Toby Lytle.
PURPOSE OF THE HEARING:
Public Hearing by the City Council on the Proposed Budget
for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1976.

Mayor McComb read the budget message from the City Manager.
The proposed budget was then shown on the screen and all interested persons in
the audience were given an opportunity during the presentation to be heard for
or against any item or amount contained in the proposed budget. The City Council.,
after review of the proposed budget submitted by the City Manager, recommended
various adjustments in expenditures and revenues with the tax rate to remain at
$1.30 per $100 assessed valuation. No new line items were added. City Treasurer
was instructed to make the adjustments. ._
