A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, authorizing
a second extension of Preliminary Plat 22 -63 (Lew Tract, South Section 1)
in accordance with Section 1.2.5.4 of the Unified Development Code.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby authorizes a second extension of Preliminary
Plat 22-63 (Lew Tract, South Section 1) with the condition provided below.
Condition: A Subdivision Improvement Agreement shall be entered into following Section
3.1.8.3. and Section 3.1.8.4. for adjacent regional infrastructure.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 14th day of July, A.D., 2025.
