Company Survey, Section 21, Abstract 309, Brazoria County, Texas. Also being Lot, Block 1 of Silver Land Center, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Brazoria County Clerk's File No. 2007048605 of the Brazoria County Official Public Records.
