PARKWAY, OR PARTS THEREOF, WITHIN THE CORPORATE
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, AS SET OUT IN THIS
ORDINANCE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION;
CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
