P lanning Manager Griggs stated that staff worked with the applicant representative requesting for the additional information to be provided, but they did not submit it. Deputy City Attorney Prowls told Chairperson Lewis that if they review the site plan today that they would not have staff's review of the site, which would not be a fully and proper review. Vice Chairperson Acosta asked if the board could postpone the vote.
