R2025-89 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, authorizing conveyance of certain real property to the Lower Kirby Pearland Management District (LKPMD) for the construction and maintenance of regional drainage detention facilities. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS: Section 1. That certain property attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof for all purposes, is hereby conveyed to LKPMD.
