POLICE OFFICERS’ ASSOCIATION TO BE HELD ON THURSDAY, APRIL 17, 2025 , AT
2:00 PM IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 1ST FLOOR, PEARLAND CITY HALL, 3519
LIBERTY DRIVE, PEARLAND, TEXAS, 77581. IN COMPLIANCE WITH TEXAS LOCAL
GOVERNMENT CODE CHAPTER 142, DELIBERATIONS RELATING TO A PROPOSED
MEET AND CONFER AGREEMENT MUST BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND COMPLY
WITH STATE LAW. SEE TEX. LOC. GOV’T CODE 142.063.

A. Discussion and possible action: Introduction of the Pearland Police Officers'
Association's requests.
B. Possible Discussion: Possible introduction of the City of Pearland's requests.

1. Discussion: Negotiation regarding each side's requests.

the City Hall bulletin board, a place convenient and readily accessible to the general public at all
times and to the City's website, https://www.pearlandtx.gov, in compliance with Chapter 551,
Texas Government Code. This said Notice was posted at City Hall, 3519 Liberty Dr., Pearland,
Texas 77581 on April 8, 2025 by 2:00 p.m. and remained so posted continuously for at least 72
hours proceeding the scheduled time of said meeting.
