Matters removed from Consent Agenda). Approval of the Consent Agenda enacts the items of legislation. A. Consideration and Possible Action - Excused Absences - Excuse the absence of Commissioner Thomas Echols and Jenifer Ordeneaux from the March 3, 2025, P&Z Regular Meeting. B. Consideration and Possible Action - VAP2025-0058: Variance from the Minimum Lot Depth Requirement in the Old Town-General Business (OT-GB) District A request by Elizabeth Morton of South Point Surveying, applicant, on behalf of Luis Raffucci and Olivia Raffucci, owners, for approval of a variance permitted in Section 3.1.1.6 (f) of the Unified Development Code (UDC), Planning & Zoning Commission - Mar 24 2025 Ordinance No. 2000-T, from the requirements of Section 2.4.4.5 (c)(1) of the UDC to allow the platting of a property that does not meet the minimum lot depth requirement in the Old Town-General Business District described to wit: Legal Description: Being a 0.288-acre tract of land, being out of Lot 28, Block 28 of Pearland Townsite, Volume 29, Page 41, Deed Records of Brazoria County Texas, situated in the H.T.& B.R.R Company Survey, Abstract No. 542, in Brazoria County, Texas.
