RESOLUTION NO. R2025-23
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, authorizing
participation in an interlocal cooperative purchasing program for the purchase
of one (1) fleet vehicle, from Chastang Ford, in the amount of $68,345.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the purchase of one (1) fleet vehicle from Chastang Ford, in the amount
of $68,345.00, is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement for the purchase of one (1) fleet vehicle.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 27th day of January, A.O., 2025.
