A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PEARLAND, TEXAS, ACCEPTING A DONATION DEED FOR CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That certain Donation Deed for certain real property, attached hereto
as Exhibit "An and made a part hereof for all purposes, is hereby accepted.

GENERAL WARRANTY DONATION DEED
THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF BRAZORIA
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That TERRY GRAY, ("Grantor"), the undersigned, as a gift and full donation to the CITY OF
PEARLA1~ ("Grantee"), a municipal corporation of Brazoria, Fort Bend, and Harris Counties, Texas,
without any monetary consideration paid by Grantee, does hereby give, grant, and convey to Grantee, all of
Grantor's right title, and interest, in and to the real property described by metes and bounds, attached as
Exhibits "A", "A-l" & "A-2" and made a part hereof for all purposes and being out of the same tracts as
described in those certain deeds as tiled in Official Records of Real Property of Brazoria County at Clerk's File
Numbers 97-005699,97-005700 and 97-00570 I.
This Deed is acknowledged to affect only the surface estate of the subject property as well as a
reasonable amount of the subsurface to accomplish the right-of-way purposes. All minerals are expressly
reserved by Grantor.
This conveyance is made and accepted subject to the terms of this instrument, and any and all
restrictions, encumbrances, easements, covenants, and conditions, ifany, relating to the hereinabove described
property as the same are filed for record in the County Clerk's Office of Brazoria County. Texas.
TO HAVE AND TO HO LD the above described property, together with all and singular the rights and
appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto Grantee, Grantee's heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns forever; and Grantor does hereby bind Grantor's heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns to WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND all and singular the said property unto
Grantee, Grantee's heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns against every person whomsoever
claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.

That certain 50 foot strip land lying between Lots 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 of Block
B of Pearland Townsite as recorded in the Deed Records of Brazoria County, Texas, and the
G.c. & S.F. Railroad Company right-of-way and being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
Begin at the Southeast comer of said lot 24;
Thence North 76 deg. 10 min. West, along the east lines of Lots 25 through 15 inclusively to the
Northeast comer of said Lot 15;
Thence east a distance of 51.5 feet to a point for comer in the Southwest right-of-way line of said
G.c. & S.F. RR Co.;
Thence South 76 deg. 10 min. East, along the Southwest line of said G.c. & S. F. RR Co. right-

Commencing at a 1/2 inch iron rod being the southwest corner of Block "B", of Old Pearland
Townsite, and being the intersection of the north right-of-way of W. Plum Street with the east
right-of-way line ofN. Washington Ave.;
Thence N 00 00' 00" E, along said east right-of-way of N. Washington Ave., a distance of
400.00 ft to the common lot line between Lot 8 & 9 of Block "B",
Thence N 90 00' 00" E along said common Lot line between Lot 8 & 9, a distance of 97.07 feet
to the place of beginning for this Tract being described;
