In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the City Council requests
that speakers respect the three-minute time limit for individual comments and the five-
minute time limit for an individual speaking on behalf of a group. This is not a
question-answer session, however, it is an opportunity to voice your thoughts with City
Council.
V. PURPOSE OF THE WORKSHOP NO. 1
1. Input and Discussion: A request by Kenady Davis, Fidelis Residential, Ethan
Harwell, Kimley-Horn and Associates, and Zayne Riggins, Kimley-Horn and
Associates, applicants, on behalf of Jennie Settegast Smith, Sandra Settegast
Abadie, Marion Sullivan, Marion E, Settegast III, and Carlita S. Sealy, owners,
for a Planned Development Workshop, as required by the Unified
Development Code, regarding a proposed development consisting of 350
multi-family units and 11.746 acres of retail/office space, on approximately
35.847 acres of land, to wit:
Legal Description: Tract 1: A 24.376-acre tract of land, being part of a
residue of a called 118.755-acre tract of land (called "Tract 1") in a deed
recorded in Volume 1247, Page 922 in the Brazoria County Deed Records
(B.C.D.R.), situated in the Thomas J. Green Survey, Abstract No. 198,
Brazoria County, Texas. Tract 2: A 1.529-acre tract of land, being part of a
residue of a called 17.850-acre tract of land (called "Tract 2") in a deed
recorded in Volume 1247, Page 922 in the Brazoria County Deed Records
(B.C.D.R.), situated in the Thomas J. Green Survey, Abstract No. 198,

Brazoria County, Texas. Tract 4: A 2.318-acre tract of land, being part of a
residue of a called 17.850-acre tract of land (called "Tract 2") in a deed
recorded in Volume 1247, Page 922 in the Brazoria County Deed Records
