In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the City Council requests
that speakers respect the three-minute time limit for individual comments and the five-
minute time limit for an individual speaking on behalf of a group. This is not a
question-answer session, however, it is an opportunity to voice your thoughts with City
Council.
V. PURPOSE OF THE WORKSHOP
I. Input and Discussion: A request by Paul Grohman, applicant, on behalf of
Charles Viktorin, owner, for a Planned Development Workshop, as required by
the Unified Development Code, regarding a proposed multifamily development
consisting of 136 single-family rental dwelling units with an amenity center, on
approximately 20.006 acres of land, to wit:
Legal Description: Parcel 1: Being a tract of land containing 5.000 acres,
situated in the H.T. & B.R.R. Co. Survey, Section 21, Abstract 309, Brazoria
County, Texas, being the north half of Lot 2 of said Section 21 in the Allison-
Richey Gulf Coast Home Company's Part of Suburban Gardens Subdivision as
recorded in Volume 2, Pages 23-24 in the Brazoria County Plat Records.
Parcel 2: Being a tract of land containing 10.000 acres, situated in the H.T. &
B.R.R. Co. Survey, Section 21, Abstract 309, Brazoria County, Texas, being of
all of Lot 5 of said Section 21 in the Allison-Richey Gulf Coast Home
Company's Part of Suburban Gardens Subdivision as recorded in Volume 2,
Pages 23-24 in the Brazoria County Plat Records. Parcel 3: Being a tract of
land containing 5.006 acres, situated in the H.T. & B.R.R. Co. Survey, Section
