R2023-306 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, renewing a unit price contract for utility chemicals with DXI Industries, in the estimated amount of $216,000.00, for the period of January 24, 2024 through January 23, 2025. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS: Section 1. That the City previously solicited bids for utility chemicals. Section 2. (A)The Contractor warrants that all products supplied under this Contract are new,quality items that are free from defects,?t for their intended purpose,and of good material and workmanship.The Contractor warrants that it has clear title to the products and that the products are free of liens or encumbrances.
