Flock shall procure and maintain for the duration of'this Agreement insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property that may arise from or in connection with the performance of the services under this Agreement and the results of that work by Flock or its agents, representatives, employees or subcontractors. Insurance shall be placed with insurers with a current A. M. Best rating of no less than "A" and "VII". Flock shall obtain and, during the term of this Agreement, shall maintain policies of professional liability (errors and omissions), automobile liability, and general liability insurance for insurable amounts of'not less than the limits listed herein. The insurance policies shall provide that the policies shall remain in full force during the life of'the Agreement. Flock shall procure and shall maintain during the life of this Agreement Worker's Compensation insurance as required by applicable State law for all Hock employees. Types and Amounts Required.
