A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, amending a
Design Build contract with CDM-Smith, to include the purchase of Cradlepoint
modems and accessories required associated with the Phase 3B installation
of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Project components, in
the estimated amount of 78,283.73 (total contract amount of $7,921,809.66).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby amends a Design Build contract with CDM-
Smith to include the purchase of Cradlepoint modems and accessories required associated with the
Phase 3B installation of SCADA Project.
Section 2. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute an
amended Design Build contract for the SCADA Project
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 28th day of August, A.D., 2023.
