In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the City Council requests
that speakers respect the three-minute time limit for individual comments and the five-
minute limit for an individual speaking on behalf of a group. This is not a question-
answer session, however, it is an opportunity to voice your thoughts with City Council.
V. PURPOSE OF THE WORKSHOP NO. 1
1. Input and Discussion: A request by Mona Malone and Karla Canada,
applicant, on behalf of Adnan Usmani, owner, for a Planned Development
Workshop, as required by the Unified Development Code, regarding a
proposed multifamily development consisting of 180 dwelling units with urban
modern aesthetic and amenities, on approximately 9.6251 acres of land, to wit:
Legal Description: A tract or parcel of land containing 9.6251-acre tract or
419,268 square feet of land, being out of and part of a called 10 acre tract
being the same tract conveyed to Doris T. Graham described in warranty deed
in instrument in Volume No. 847, Page 771 of the Brazoria County Deed
Records in the H.T. & B.R.R. CO. Survey, Abstract No. 241, Brazoria County,
Texas.
