FROM THE MAXIMUM 600-FOOT CUL-DE-SAC LENGTH
Public Hearing: A request by Ricky Davis Legacy Foundation, the applicant;
on behalf of Tyree R Davis, owner; for approval of a variance permitted in
Section 2.6.1.1 (b)(1) of the Unified Development Code, Ordinance No. 2000-
T from Section 3.2.6.4 to allow a cul-de-sac that exceeds the maximum 600
feet permitted.
Legal Description: A subdivision of 7.823 acres of land being a part of lot 37
of the Allison Richey Gulf Coast Home Company Subdivision, Volume 2,
