RESOLUTION NO. R2023-117
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, amending a
unit price contract for the purchase of motor fuel from Houston -Pasadena
Apache Oil Company, in the additional amount of $175,500.00 (total contract
amount of $1,125,000.00).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City previously awarded a competitive unit supply contract for the
purchase of motor fuels.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby amends a contract with Houston -Pasadena
Apache Oil Company, in the additional amount of $175,500.00.
Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a contract
amendment for the purchase of motor fuels.
