A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, ratifying
expenditures with Napco Chemical Company, Inc., for chemical supplies
associated with Wastewater and Water Production, in the amount of
$120,000.00 (total contract amount of $668,850.00).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby ratifies expenditures, in the amount of
$120,000.00 for chemical supplies associated with Wastewater and Water Production.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 8th day of May, A.D., 2023.
