RESOLUTION NO. R2023-43
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, setting a
public hearing for March 27, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. regarding amendments to the
Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan associated with a
proposed Impact Fee increase.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Council, pursuant to Section 395.053 of the Local Government
Code hereby schedules a public hearing for March 27, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. to discuss and review
amendments to the Land Use Assumptions, the Capital Improvements Plan and the proposed
Impact Fee increase.
Section 2. The public hearing will be conducted at 3519 Liberty Drive in the City
Council chambers of City Hall, and members of the public have the right to appear at the
hearing to present evidence for or against the amendments.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 13th day of February, A.D., 2023.
