RESOLUTION NO. R2023-40
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, awarding a
contract to utilize American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for the purchase of
five (5) lift gates, to Southwest Truck Rigging and Equipment, in the estimated
amount of $85,895.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City obtained competitive pricing for five (5) lift gates.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby awards a contact to Southwest Truck Rigging
and Equipment, in the estimated amount of $85,895.00.
Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a contract
for the purchase of five (5) lift gates.
