Friendswood Chamber's Sportsman Dream Raffle has 50 winners
The 2022 Friendswood Chamber of
Commerce Sportsman Dream Raffle was a
huge success and 50 of the 500 ticket hold-
ers took home special gifts a sportsman
would love to own.
The Raffle was held recently at the
Chamber office at 1 100 S. Friendswood Dr.
The Chamber sold 500 tickets for $100
each. At the event, 50 prizes were won.
All guns in the raffle were provided by
Best Shot Range and all were new and
picked up at Best Shot Range after being
won.
The new owners had to be citizens of the
USA or legal residents who are authorized
by Texas and Federal Law to purchase and
own firearms. Each person entering the raf-
fle also had to be 21 years or older and sub-
ject to passing an ATF background check.
All State and Federal Laws applied.to ticket
holders and winners of prizes $600 or over
received a 1099 IRS form.
Winners have 30 days to claim their
prizes.
Winners this year included Alt Oswald,
Joseph Roosth, Loretta Kelley, Allen
Thompson, David Torok, Denmon Heard,
Kam Hasmukh, Kevin Benefield, John
Kueck, David Thornton, Kirk Shulke,
