A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, amending a
contract for design services (Police indoor Firearms Range Facility and Police
Driver Training Track), with Berg Oliver and Associates, Inc., in the additional
amount of $30,681.00 (total contract amount of $78,181.00).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That a contract for design services was previously awarded to Berg Oliver
and Associates, Inc.
Section 2. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute an
amended contract for design services in the additional amount of $30,681.00.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 5th day of December, A.D., 2022.
