ALLOW THE PLATTING OF AN IRREGULAR SHAPED LOT AND A LOT THAT IS
LESS THAN THE MINIMUM LOT SIZE REQUIREMENTS IN THE GB DISTRICT

the applicant on behalf of Fite Interests Ltd, owner; for approval of a Variance
Permitted in Section 2.6.1.1 (b)(1) of the Unified Development Code,
