Contractors shall provide the City evidence that all subcontractors performing work on the project have the same types and amounts of coverages as required herein or that the subcontractors are included under the contractor's policy. All insurance companies and coverages must be authorized by the Texas Department of Insurance to transact business in the State of Texas and must be acceptable to the City of Pearland. Listed below are the types and amounts of insurances required. Acid wash both sides of the new cmu walls. - Restroom Ceilings: - Add new framing as needed and install new paint grade 1x6 cedar slats to ceiling (roof deck) in each restroom. Plumbing: - Install all new PEX A expansion pex piping with connectors to all fixtures. Install new no hub cast iron pipe and fittings with wide body stainless steel connectors. - Install (7) new stainless -steel toilets, (1) stainless steel urinal and (4) stainless steel lavatories with new faucets, and water valves. - Cut out concrete and install (2) new floor drains with trap guards one in each restroom. Pour back concrete once installed. - Insulate all plumbing pipes as required with 1/2" foam insulation. Includes plumbing permit. Toilet Partitions: - Install new stainless steel toilet partition compartments (one ADA in each restroom) and (1) stainless steel urinal screen. - All compartments are to be floor mounted, overhead braces with stainless steel brackets, paired hinges, hardware, and fasteners.
